Tell us which tool, what you expected, what happened, and (if possible) the browser and OS you were using. A screenshot helps a lot.

Got a tool you wish existed? Send us the workflow you are trying to speed up. Concrete examples are easier to act on than abstract suggestions.

Where we are based

DevUtils India is operated independently from Hyderabad, Telangana, India. Postal correspondence is not the fastest way to reach us — please prefer email — but for formal or legal mail, contact us first via email and we will share a postal address.

Response times

DevUtils India is run by a small team. We work through the inbox every weekday. Most messages receive a response within 48 hours; complex bug reports may take longer because we like to reproduce them before replying. If a week has passed without an answer, please send a follow-up — Gmail occasionally tucks first-time emails into the Promotions tab.
